Some users are experiencing logging into their CloudDesk/CloudApp service today. If you are effected by this please follow the instructions below:
On your local computer please download Citrix Workspace via - https://www.citrix.com/en-au/downloads/workspace-app/windows/workspace-app-for-windows-latest.html
Once download, please double click the downloaded executable and proceed to update your citrix software to Citrix Workspace. Please do not select any options through the install and simply click next to proceed.
Once installed, please browse to www.cloudnetworks.com.au and click Login.
Press the “Detect Receiver” button if prompted and then click “Already Installed”.
You should then be able to login to your CloudDesk/CloudApp.
