Portal (Gateway) Services Restored

One of the data center providers we use have had a network issue to their data center, we have confirmed this with them via phone.

They are currently working to resolve the issue as we type, and it appears the connections are coming up again.

To clarify, all our services were working fine, however we rely on the internet feeds from the data center provider to allow access.

We will be chatting with our Data Center provider once they complete their investigation and we will provide all further updates via status.cloudnetworks.com.au.
