The issue affecting connection to the Portal (Gateway) has been resolved.
Techs identified the issue to be due to high traffic on one of the lines higher up stream via our Data Center provider which in return caused congestion and issues for customers trying to connect in.
To resolve the issue techs have spoken with our Data Center provider to rectify the issue, which resulted in traffic being redirect and some users being disconnected temporarily.
Access to all services has returned. No further updates to come.
